The Diversity Leadership Academy® of Greater Indianapolis (DLAGI) is a community-based leadership development program focused on diversity and helping leaders understand our similarities, differences and the challenges facing all of us.

The Spring 2009 DLAGI program is made possible through a consortium of sponsors which include: Citizens Energy Group; Clarian Health; Eli Lilly and Company; and National City. Developed by the American Institute for Managing Diversity, the DLAGI will unite community leaders to participate in this innovative and action-oriented program. These include:
